Globanet Analyze

Symantec Enterprise Vault and Microsoft Exchange store vast quantities of data, but do you have any idea what is kept in those repositories or the future growth trend of your data? Now you can find out with Globanet Analyze. This new product (scheduled for release soon) allows you to analyze your existing repositories, dividing data into groups that you define and reporting on those groups graphically, using interactive charting.

Globanet Balance

Globanet Balance(patent pending)allows organizations to reduce their journaling to just a single set of centralized or regional journal mailboxes without multiple journal mailboxes and archiving tasks in each location. The solution redistributes journal mail in a round-robin fashion, allowing messages for all users to be evenly distributed into a centralized mailbox set.

Globanet Classify

Globanet Classify (formerly RBIM, Rule Based Item Manager) allows for management of archived items based on changes to any Enterprise Vault indexible attribute. You can delete items en masse from multiple archives following complex rule sets. Organizations have the ability to delete items granularly without having to do an intensive restore, analysis or deletion of an entire archive, risking data loss.

Globanet Filter

Globanet Filter (formerly Enterprise Vault Advanced Filter) makes it possible to add custom index attributes (tags) to email being archived based on complex Boolean logic. You can easily include or exclude data from sampling or discovery set.

Globanet Identify

With Globanet Identify, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is applied to images and faxes as they are archived by Symantec Enterprise Vault. Then Globanet Identify adds the discovered text to the metadata in Enterprise Vault, allowing the images and faxes to be indexed, making them automatically searchable and subject to simple ediscovery without having to do a full review of every archived image in Enterprise Vault.

Globanet Merge1

Globanet Merge1 captures a wide variety of content sources, including Bloomberg, Reuters, BlackBerry SMS/Pin-to-Pin and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Chatter, Yammer and more). An API-based product, Globanet Merge1 is an affordable, user friendly way to merge all of your company's data streams into a single database of records of text-based transactions.

Globanet Migrate

Globanet Migrate (formerly GEM, Globanet Email Migrator) is a software application that eliminates risks by enabling administrators to migrate data while safely maintaining chain of custody. It allows organizations to migrate data from a variety of information sources into—or within—Symantec Enterprise Vault. Globanet Migrate also enhances Enterprise Vault’s existing functionality for companies already using it.

Globanet Restore

Globanet Restore (formerly ART, Archive Restore Tool) is a Windows-based software application that is designed to disable one or several Microsoft Exchange mailboxes simultaneously from archiving into Enterprise Vault. You can also use Globanet Restore to restore all items corresponding with their respective shortcuts in a user’s mailbox without having to use Enterprise Vault’s "Restore from Vault" option from within Microsoft Outlook.
