Description:
We are currently seeking a senior IT professional to deploy and manage Enterprise Vault for our customers all over the US, to work on projects anywhere from 2 weeks to 12 months repeatedly.
The candidate must have prior experience with Symantec / Veritas / KVS Enterprise Vault, Microsoft SQL 2005/2008, and Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010. The position offers complex problem solving opportunities, therefore keen ability to use deductive reasoning and other troubleshooting skills is required. Daily customer interaction is an integral part of the position, therefore candidate must exude confidence, have effective communication skills, and be able to perform under pressure. A willingness to act as a project lead and manage projects is also required. In addition to technical responsibilities, candidate will be required to submit regular status reports, project documentation, and will participate in weekly meetings with technical teams.

Helpful but not required:
- 3-4 years experience with Symantec Enterprise Vault
- 2-4 years experience in Microsoft Exchange
- 2-4 years experience in Lotus Domino a plus
- 1-2 years experience with other email archiving products a plus
