President & CEO

Sevag has lead Globanet from its inception in 1996 to become the premier provider of consultancy around Enterprise Vault (the leading data archiving solution) and producer of software products to enhance digital archives and archiving process. Prior to Globanet, Sevag spent many years managing large email systems and email migrations for companies such as Citibank, Merrill Lynch, Barclays & HBO. Sevag earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of Southern California. Outside of his technology career Sevag is passionate about real estate development and residential construction. Sevag is married and has two children.

Senior Director of Products

Dan Clark has been in the information management industry for more than 10 years, with a particular focus on ediscovery and archiving over the last five years. He joined Globanet from a leading software development organization focusing on archive and data migration, where he was responsible for leading and defining product, development and technical strategy. Dan has intimate knowledge of more than 12 different archiving systems, extensive knowledge of software development strategies and processes, and profound experience in migrating to and from cloud services as well as designing them. He has worked in several management roles throughout his career, including running a multi-million dollar professional services operation and shaping service strategy for an FTSE 100 services outsourcing company. A child prodigy, Dan wrote his first lines of code in BASIC when he was just five years old!
 

Director of Sales

Ade Tella is the Director of Sales at Globanet, where he is responsible for leading all sales, strategic partnerships and new market development activities. Ade has served in senior operating roles in the enterprise technology markets for much of his career and has built a well-respected reputation in the archiving and messaging industry. Prior to joining Globanet, Ade worked at Symantec for 10 years in various roles, where he was involved in selling and managing the largest global deployments of Symantec Enterprise solutions. Ade also managed consulting services practice areas focused on archiving and ediscovery at Symantec. Previously, Ade managed technical teams at Thomson Reuters in London and New York. He holds Computer Science degree from Southbank University, London and holds various management and professional certifications.
 

Director of Professional Services

Sam Elbeck is the Director of Professional Services at Globanet, where he is responsible for all projects delivered by Globanet’s highly skilled technical resources; including designs, implementations, data migrations and many other services that Globanet provides. Sam is also responsible for developing new service offerings based on industry requirements. Prior to joining Globanet Sam spent three years at Symantec as a Lead Architect designing archiving, compliance and data management solutions for some of the largest organizations globally. Sam moved into a Solution Strategist role where he also spent a considerable amount of time discussing customers’ business issues and solving them using the latest technologies. Prior to Symantec, Sam spent nine years at IBM where he started his technical career in administration and architecture of messaging infrastructures. He then went on to build a team of engineers that specialized in data management and archiving solutions. Sam carries an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems and holds an undergraduate degree in International Business as well as several other technical certifications.
 

Director of Information Governance & General Counsel

Shannon Smith is the Director of Information Governance and General Counsel at Globanet where she manages a portfolio of ediscovery and compliance offerings, including services to support the industry-leading ediscovery platform, Clearwell. Shannon also consults directly with corporate legal teams to develop policies and processes to support information governance programs. As an experienced attorney, Shannon brings an extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance, litigation readiness, and records management issues to her role. She is a member of industry groups EDRM and Sedona Conference and has contributed articles to a number of publications including Corporate Counsel and Information Management. Shannon has also spoken to various groups regarding cloud technology, preservation processes, and reducing ediscovery costs. She is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist and holds both a Juris Doctorate and MBA from Loyola Marymount University. 

Director of Product Management

In his role as director of product management, Jackie Ervin is responsible for delivering all of Globanet's best-of-breed products as well as custom development engagements. He began his career at Globanet as a senior technical consultant in 2007 and brings previous experience managing and supporting large corporate infrastructure services, most recently at Twentieth Century Fox. Jackie earned an MBA from the Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management and holds various technical certifications.

Human Resources Manager

Jacklin Vitullo is the Human Resources Manager at Globanet. Jacklin has been with the company since 1998 and has had the opportunity to work in all areas of operations at Globanet. Jacklin is currently in the process of creating and implementing expansive HR guidelines and policies for the company. Jacklin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Southern California and is currently attending the UCLA Extension Certificate Program in Human Resources Management.

Accounting Manager

Marian Ranasinghe is the Accounting Manager at Globanet where she manages and oversees the overall financial health of the organization. Marian also conducts analysis of financial data and report findings and consults recommendations directly with the CEO. She is a member of IMA and holds a MBA from California Lutheran University.
